If we look at the details of our project plan, negotiations were held with suppliers and a project plan was created with 3 different suppliers. Fleet preparations were made and paperwork and contracts were made. Undertaking contracts were made, investment plans were approved, and the fleets were ready within 10 days.
Considering the results, a significant increase was achieved in the level of customer satisfaction. While Şişecam's satisfaction with its previous supplier was 90%, this ratio increased to 99% with the solution we offered as Arkas Logistics.
