Arkas Logistics, Solution Partner in Italy - Arkas Logistics

A feasibility study was carried out with the project plan and available data, and a search was made for an agency in Italy with suitable cross-dock warehouses. Warehouse areas suitable for the addresses where customer suppliers are concentrated were determined. On a regional basis, the operation transition was made gradually within 1 month, with Arkas Logistics being the control. Within 3 months, KPI reports were prepared with the available data. Considering the KPI reports, the points that need attention, the criteria that need attention and the stages that need to be corrected/changed were revealed. With the KPI reports, the areas where improvement was achieved on a monthly basis were displayed. KPI reports can be monitored instantly and information can be obtained with PowerBI.

Thanks to the project realized by Arkas Logistics, many gains and outputs were achieved. These include establishing the balance of finance and service level, recognizing and correcting the points that affect performance and cost, inventory optimization, finding the optimum method for material needs, offering alternative transportation methods according to the level of fairness, increasing the use of assets. The project has been a great success for Arkas Logistics and has made the company known in the field of international logistics services.
