Arkas Logistics prepared a project plan for our ready-to-wear customer. A warehouse provided in Chittagong was allocated to our customer as an area of 7500 m2. The products were subjected to quality control by performing damage control and parcel weighing during the acceptance of goods. Problem-free products were consolidated and shipped to the relevant countries. These transactions were followed by barcode reading systems and information exchange with our customers was ensured through IT integration.

The project was completed successfully and our client disciplined the supply chain through this operation. He got rid of paying in advance for both the missing products in the parcel and the products that could not pass the quality control. It also improved cash flow.
