Corporate Governance Principles - Arkas Logistics

Arkas Logistics has established Corporate Governance Principles as a guide for the adoption and implementation of business principles and business ethics by all employees and stakeholders. These principles consist of the following headings.

• Compliance with corporate culture, ethical understanding, good management philosophy and business ethics
• Observing the privacy of the company, customers and business partners
• Observing the working conditions and rights of the employees
• Communication principles determined in relations with persons/institutions, stakeholders and media with whom we have commercial relations
• Compliance with laws and regulations
• Corporate social responsibility perspective determined to contribute to employees, society and the environment
