Arkas Logistics is the first Turkish land transport company to receive the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate in 2002. In addition to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate, it has also integrated the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System documents into its long-standing quality journey.

In 2015, after the restructuring process, Arkas Lojistik A.Ş. has completed the process of compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards in all its units of operation and has been re-certified with the upper standard versions.

With the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System being replaced by the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System at international standards, Arkas Logistics was certified in 2020 by quickly and successfully fulfilling the requirements of the new standard.

Arkas Logistics is advancing resolutely in its journey of excellence by adding new management systems every year in order to provide customer expectations, legal requirements and better quality service. In this context, ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification was completed in 2016. While we were entitled to receive the Authorized Economic Operator Status by the Ministry of Customs and Trade in 2017, this document was crowned with our "Permitted Sender" and "Permitted Recipient" documents.

In addition, the importance we attach to customer satisfaction with our Call Center and Complaint Management System, which we started in 2017, has been certified with the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management Certificate.
